The page is to coordinate training runs for the Beachy Head Marathon, 28th October 2017
You are welcome to join any run regardless of whether you plan to do the BHM yourself
Runs will normally start at 8.00am. The start and finish will be in the centre of Lewes except for runs 7 and 8
If your training programme calls for a longer run than the one planned, you can always do a pre-run by yourself beforehand and then join us for the joint run
Faster runners can expect to do 3-5k (2-3m) over the basic distance of the run through loopbacks
Please scroll down to add your name for the next run

Beachy Head Marathon

Sunday 22 October
As several of us are otherwise engaged we won't be organising a long run this weekend.
Instead we encourage people to do their own runs.
If you are doing the Beachy Head Marathon we would advise against doing anything more than 10-15k.
See you at the Marathon!
