First male SGP club member in a race gets 500 points, second 499 points etc. Likewise for female runners.

A runner's individual score for the season is the sum of their best 6 races

The open club league tables are based on the sum of the best 10 male runners' scores and best 10 female runners' scores.

The vet club league tables are based on the sum of the best 5 vet male runners' scores (aged 40 and over) and best 3 vet female runners' scores (aged 35 and over)

The grand prix league table is based on the sum of the positions of the clubs in the men's and women's open club league tables, with the lowest totals ranking highest.
