Declarations of interest for track training sessions (200m / 300m / 400m reps)
If you are interested and are flexible to do a session any time between 7pm (start) and 9pm (finish) please add your name below.
Depending on numbers interested John Coleman and Toby Wolpe will run either two or three sessions in that time period with up to five runners in each.
John and Toby will sort runners into groups of similar ability and let people know when they will be running.
